Our leadership team combines decades of specialized expertise in renewable energy development, structural and electrical engineering, and project management. Led by experienced professionals, including master electricians, licensed engineers, and industry specialists, our team brings deep knowledge and a systematic approach to every project we undertake.

We maintain a robust internal training system, working closely with academic institutions such as Ontario Colleges to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge continuously. Our workforce includes certified electricians, licensed structural engineers, skilled project managers, and qualified apprentices, ensuring every project benefits from high-quality expertise and precise execution.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Michael Hryschenko

Michael, with nearly 30 years of experience in enterprise development, began as an electrical engineer after graduating from MIPT. He quickly founded an EPC enterprise and then a warehouse and cold storage company, both of which are operational in Europe. After earning an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto in 2011, he made significant contributions to North America's energy sector, working with major oil, gas, aerospace, solar and wind firms. Since 2013, he has led his own EPC business, expanding in 2019 with partner Nikolay Kotikov. Currently, they aim to develop 40 MW of solar farms in Ontario over three years with their companies, IPS Ltd., EPCM, and Solar Wind Renewables Ltd.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Nikolai Kotikov

Nick has over 45 years of electrical construction, electrical installation management and site supervision experience. His prior industry roles were 309A Red Seal Electrician, Master Electrician, Site Supervisor, Engineering Technician and Technologist, as well as the Chief Estimator for Solar and Wind Electrical Installations. Throughout his career in the renewable industry, Nick built hundreds of rooftop solar projects, dozens of solar farms up to 60 MW, completed electrical installation on wind farms with the size of up 60 MW, and provided maintenance services for the full spectrum of industry solar and wind projects.

Zachary Rypalowski

Zachary studied applied mathematics at the University of Waterloo, where he obtained a master’s degree in mathematics (MMath). He is experienced in building, maintaining, and adapting financial models to forecast trends, assess risk, and discover new opportunities. Using his exceptional collaboration skills, Zachary is able to guarantee accuracy and completeness of financial data, as well as integrate cross-functional information to empower innovative solutions. His professional experience enables Integrative Project Solutions and Solar Wind Renewables to optimize cost reduction, increase efficiency, and respond quickly to changing trends.

Vice President, Engineering Head

Raymond Chokelal

Raymond is a Professional Engineer in both Alberta and Ontario. He brings to our company over 25 years of engineering experience, ranging from product development, manufacturing, electrical distribution for various utilities, forensic failure analysis engineering, and renewable asset development. In his prior industry role, where he was the Senior Electrical Engineer at Potentia Renewables Inc, he focused on asset development of solar and wind energy facilities throughout Canada and was the responsible engineer on over 700 renewable energy sites.

Mike Hryschenko

Mike is the youngest member of our team. Currently, he is studying at the University of Guelph as a Business Management and Finance Major, where he gained many skills that benefitted the IPS team. He demonstrates strong efficiency and organizational skills in the company. By planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and partnerships, Mike increased the value of current customers, developed new markets and improved overall sales in Integrative Project Solutions.

Nikolai Kotikov Jr.

A Certified Red Seal Journeyman Electrician with 8 years of experience in residential and commercial electrical work, as well as expertise in solar installation and system commissioning. Throughout his career, Nikolai has successfully completed numerous projects, ensuring that all electrical systems are installed and functioning safely and efficiently. His passion for renewable energy has led Nikolai to specialize in solar installation, where he has helped clients reduce their carbon footprint and save on energy costs. Nikolai takes pride in his work and strive to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies to provide the best service possible.
