Michael has over 23 years of engineering, construction management and construction business development experience.  His prior industry roles were Director of Construction at Potentia Renewables Inc. (a fully-owned subsidiary of Power Corporation of Canada | TSX: POW), where he focused on constructing and development of solar and wind energy facilities throughout Canada and the USA and Vice President of CSS Industrial Group, where he focused on acquiring and providing maintenance services to Wind OEMs such as Vestas and GE. Michael holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from MIPT.
